Experience
Ms. Beavens concentrates her practice in Foreclosure Litigation, Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights, and Business Law and Litigation.
She has extensive experience representing individuals in consumer bankruptcies and advising creditors as to their rights and ability to recover claims in bankruptcy. Her litigation experience includes both plaintiff and defense representation, on a range of matters in state and bankruptcy court, including but not limited to foreclosures, contract disputes, fraudulent transfer, fraud, preference and non-dischargeability actions.
In addition, Ms. Beavens has worked on numerous appellate matters throughout her career, including participating in an oral argument before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
